01. Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the bd09 platform and all its services ("bd09", "we", "us") and you ("user", "member").

By opening an account on bd09, using the platform, or accessing any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply to you. Together, these policies form your complete agreement with bd09.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version of this document shall be considered final.

02. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, address, date of birth, and contact details you provide when opening an account must be completely true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in your account being closed at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but their identities must be verified.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of security and legal compliance, bd09 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may involve requesting copies of your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete.

03. Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on bd09 are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Important: For individuals aged 21 and above only. bd09 may request proof of age at any time, and if false information is provided, the account will be closed.

You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
If you are mentally or legally prohibited from gambling, opening an account is not permitted.
bd09 employees and their immediate family members may not place bets on the platform.

04. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can currently be deposited on bd09 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (all methods) | Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

Deposited funds must come only from your own payment method.
Depositing through a third party or on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.
In the case of suspicious transactions, bd09 may suspend processing until verification is complete.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification or an account review is required.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
If bonus-related conditions have not been met, the relevant amount cannot be withdrawn.
If fraudulent activity is suspected, bd09 may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
All tax liabilities are the responsibility of the user.

05. Bonus and Promotion Policy

bd09 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific conditions, and the general rules described below apply equally.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer is applicable only once and for one account.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified wagering conditions must be met first.
Using multiple accounts to take advantage of promotions may result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being permanently closed.
Wagering calculations are based only on bets placed on games designated by bd09.
bd09 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is available through bd09's five-tier VIP program: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold, up to 1.2% for Platinum, and up to 1.5% for Diamond. bd09 separately determines the conditions for advancing to higher tiers and reserves the right to change them.

06. Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when conducting betting activities on bd09.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
bd09 reserves the right to cancel a bet that was accepted incorrectly due to a technical error.
Odds for cricket, football, and other sports betting are subject to change; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.

6.2 Match Results and Disputes

Game results will be determined based on the announcement of the relevant international body (ICC, FIFA, etc.).
Settlement of bets on abandoned or suspended matches will follow bd09's designated policy.
In any dispute over results, bd09's decision shall be considered final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Attempting to fix matches or gain unfair advantages.
Arbitrage betting or abnormal betting patterns assisted by software.
Using multiple accounts in coordination to gain bonus or winning advantages.
Placing bets on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes.

07. Fair Play Policy

In the event of closure, if the user has a valid balance and no violation has been proven, that amount will be returned. However, in cases of fraud, all funds will be forfeited.
